What Do We Do Now?
Steps to Renting Student Housing
- Find your roommates.
This is often the hardest step. Decide exactly who you’ll be living with, because we require all students in the group to attend the showing. For example, for a three-bedroom house, all three students must be present. - Choose a property.
Decide which house your group is most interested in renting. - Schedule a tour.
Find a time that works for all roommates. - Contact Jim.
Text or call 330-414-6520 to schedule the tour and get more information about the property. - Go on the tour.
See the property in person and ask any questions you have. - Sign the lease.
Meet with Jim to review and sign the lease. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required at this time.
