Our focus is providing safe, affordable off campus student housing for University of Akron students.  We are a small business run by University of Akron graduates.  We remember what is important--quality interior of the house, generous utility caps, free laundry, and off street parking.  All of our student rental properties check these boxes.  Our own children stayed in our student rental properties when they were University of Akron students!!
